Today, when I open any existing .odt document it opens but the title bar shows 'Untitled'. When I try to Save I get the Save As dialog. From then on Save does as you'd expect. But if I close the file and re-open it it goes back to 'Untitled'.
All of this applies to new documents too - if I create one, save it, close it and re-open it, it goes back to 'Untitled'.

I have tried renaming my profile (Documents and settings<user>Application dataOpenOffice.org2) and I have tried uninstalling, deleting the profile folder and re-installing but it is still the same.
